BT Prime Mover Chain Parts

Find replacement lift chains for pallet jacks, walkie stackers, reach trucks, and counterbalanced forklifts — a critical safety component that must be inspected regularly and replaced at the first sign of wear, elongation, or corrosion. Our Chain collection covers roller chains, leaf chains, and anchor hardware in the most common sizes used across major OEM brands.

Compatible equipment brands include Crown, Blue Giant, Multiton, Raymond, Yale, Hyster, Toyota, and other major OEM and aftermarket manufacturers. Chains are matched by chain type, pitch, width, and breaking strength for verified fitment.

Chain types available:

• Leaf Chains (LH/BL Series) — standard mast lift chains for counterbalanced forklifts and reach trucks
• Roller Chains — drive chains for traction and pump drive applications
• Chain Anchors & Pins — anchor bolts, connecting links, and master links for chain termination
• Chain Lube — penetrating chain lubricant for corrosion prevention and service life extension

How to select the right chain: For leaf chains, match by chain designation (e.g., LH1234, BL534) and length. For roller chains, match by ANSI chain number (e.g., #40, #50, #60), pitch, and width. OSHA 1910.178 requires lift chain inspection at every 250 hours of operation — chains showing more than 3% elongation or visible corrosion must be replaced immediately.
