Return & Replacement Policy

All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20% of the total transaction charge, which will be deducted from your refund total. Returns are processed in the order they are received. Your return request must be received by our returns department within 30 days from the original ship date. Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the time your return is received. If you have a return that needs to be handled in an expeditious manner please contact our customer service department and we will do our best to try and accommodate you.

Returned items must come back with original packaging and include all the components they were sold with. Not all items in the transaction have to be returned, however, items sold together such as kits must be returned for a refund.

Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the product back unless there was an error on our end. If this is the case, we will refund the transaction and send a label so that the product can be returned. The buyer is responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are returned or refused at no fault of ours.

Replacements

If any items in the order arrive damaged, the customer must take clear photos of the condition of the box as well as the codition of the products so that we can file a dispute with the shipping service and start the process of getting your products replaced.
