112 - Load Wheel Kits

Replace worn load wheel assemblies quickly and correctly with our Load Wheel Kits — pre-matched sets that include the wheel, axle, bearings, and hardware needed for a complete swap. Kits eliminate the guesswork of sourcing individual components and reduce repair time on the shop floor.

Our kits are compatible with electric and manual pallet jacks, walkie stackers, and reach trucks from Crown, Raymond, Yale, Toyota, Hyster, BT Prime Mover, Jungheinrich, and other major OEMs. Each kit is identified by equipment make, model, and serial number range for verified fitment.

What's typically included in a load wheel kit:

  • One or two load wheels (polyurethane, nylon, or phenolic depending on application)
  • Load axle or cross shaft
  • Bearings and/or bushings
  • Retaining hardware (cotter pins, snap rings, or bolts)

How to select the right kit: Identify your equipment's make, model, and serial number from the data plate. Note the existing wheel diameter and width — common sizes range from 2.5" to 7" diameter. Polyurethane kits are the standard choice for smooth concrete floors; nylon or phenolic kits are better suited for outdoor or rough-surface environments.

Common use cases: Scheduled preventive maintenance intervals, post-impact wheel replacement, upgrading from OEM rubber to polyurethane for longer service life, and fleet refurbishment programs. Buying a complete kit versus individual parts typically reduces labor time by 30–50% per axle.
