CR 074659-5 is a Crown OEM axle designed for use with RR/RD 5200 Series electric reach trucks. This axle is compatible with 4.50 inch wide load wheels and features a three-hole mounting for triple wheel configurations. It is a direct replacement for previous part number CR 074659-004 and ensures independent wheel rotation to extend component service life.
