Product Description
Load Roller Assy, 2 3/4 inch Diameter Tread: Heavy-Duty Poly, Hub: Steel
Our load rollers are made from a high grade poly-urethane. These wheels are non-marking and are designed for indoor and outdoor use. The wheels come with steel hubs and are loaded with (2) 6204-2RS bearings. These rollers have a very quiet operation, and are beveled to reduce coning and even out wear. Listing is for one wheel assembly. Long lasting material will withstand even the toughest conditions. Very durable and easy to install. Designed specifically the Bishamon BS-55.
Compatibility: Fits pallet jacks made by Bishamon, model BS-55. Alternate model: BS55; BS 55. SKU: BI 85007098-A-D

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What are the key specifications for the BI 85007098-A-D load roller?
A: The BI 85007098-A-D is a load roller with heavy-duty polyurethane tread, precision machined steel hub, and two 6204-2RS sealed bearings. The steel hub is non-coated machined steel, designed for durability and direct load support.
Q: Which Bishamon pallet jack models use the BI 85007098-A-D?
A: The BI 85007098-A-D is compatible with Bishamon BS-55 and BS-65 manual pallet jacks. Verify your pallet jack model number before ordering to ensure compatibility.
Q: What is the difference between the BI 85007098-A and BI 85007098-A-D?
A: Both the BI 85007098-A and BI 85007098-A-D have the same bearing configuration. The BI 85007098-A-D designation indicates a precision machined steel hub with non-coated finish, which provides maximum strength for direct axle contact.
Q: What does non-coated machined steel hub mean?
A: The hub is precision machined steel without paint or protective coating. This allows direct contact with the mounting axle and provides maximum load-bearing strength. The bare steel may develop surface oxidation in wet or corrosive environments.
Q: Can the BI 85007098-A-D be used outdoors?
A: The polyurethane tread handles outdoor conditions well. However, the non-coated steel hub may develop surface rust in wet or corrosive environments. For frequent outdoor use, monitor hub condition and apply protective oil if necessary.
Q: What bearing specification does the BI 85007098-A-D have?
A: The BI 85007098-A-D includes two 6204-2RS sealed bearings. These sealed bearings protect against contamination and reduce maintenance requirements. Replace the assembly if bearings show signs of binding or abnormal noise.
Q: How durable is the polyurethane tread?
A: The heavy-duty polyurethane tread is designed for long-lasting performance in both indoor and outdoor environments. The beveled design reduces coning, extends tread life, and provides even wear. Non-marking properties protect floor surfaces.
Q: What is the difference between sealed bearings and open bearings?
A: The 6204-2RS sealed bearings in this assembly have protective shields on both sides that keep out dust, dirt, and moisture while retaining lubrication. This reduces contamination and extends bearing life compared to open bearing designs.
