The TI 85-PT Marco Tiger Seal Kit is engineered for hydraulic pump and cylinder servicing on Marco Tiger 85 manual pallet jacks. This kit includes OEM-equivalent seals fabricated from nitrile rubber (NBR), O-rings to ASTM D2000, and polyacetal backup washers. Designed for a nominal 2.50 inch bore and 1.00 inch rod diameter with ±0.005 inch seal groove tolerance, the kit supports hydraulic systems to 3000 PSI and is compatible with ISO VG 46 hydraulic fluid.
