Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the MO 3076 and what does it do?
A: The MO 3076 is a U-cup dynamic hydraulic rod seal made from oil-resistant polyurethane with a 3/4 inch inner diameter. It seals the hydraulic piston rod in Mobile pallet jack pump assemblies to prevent hydraulic fluid leakage.

Q: Which Mobile pallet jack models use the MO 3076 seal?
A: The MO 3076 is designed for Mobile ML45 and ML55 manual pallet jack hydraulic piston assemblies, specifically newer style units manufactured after the original release.

Q: What material is the MO 3076 seal made from?
A: This seal is manufactured from polyurethane with oil-resistant properties, allowing it to withstand extended exposure to ISO hydraulic oils and maintain elasticity in typical warehouse temperatures.

Q: Can I order the MO 3076 individually or does it come in a kit?
A: The MO 3076 is sold individually. It is also included in the Mobile seal kit MO 3025, which bundles multiple seals for complete hydraulic pump overhaul.

Q: How long does the MO 3076 seal typically last?
A: Polyurethane rod seals generally last 3-5 years under normal warehouse use (8-10 hours daily) with standard hydraulic oil maintenance. Lifespan depends on load cycles, hydraulic fluid condition, and operating temperature. Replace if you observe visible damage, permanent compression, or hydraulic leakage.
