How to select the right battery: Match the battery by voltage (24V, 36V, or 48V are most common in pallet jack applications), amp-hour (Ah) capacity, and physical case size (BCI group size or custom dimensions). Verify the output connector type matches your equipment's battery plug — common connectors include Anderson SB175, SB350, and DIN styles. For lithium batteries, confirm BMS compatibility with your charger.
