Product Description
Load Roller Assy, 2 3/4 inch Diameter Tread: Heavy-Duty Poly, Hub: Steel
Our load rollers are made from a high grade poly-urethane. These wheels are non-marking and are designed for indoor and outdoor use. The wheels come with steel hubs and are loaded with (2) 6204-2RS bearings. These rollers have a very quiet operation, and are beveled to reduce coning and even out wear. Listing is for one wheel assembly. Long lasting material will withstand even the toughest conditions. Very durable and easy to install. Designed specifically the Hu-Lift HP25L inch Tandem inch (two wheels per fork).
Compatibility: Fits pallet jacks made by Hu-Lift, model HP25L. SKU: HL F116B-A

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the tread diameter and material of the HL F116B-A?
A: The HL F116B-A features a 2.75 inch diameter tread made of high-grade polyurethane, specifically classified as Ultra-Poly type. Polyurethane provides superior durability, load capacity, and traction compared to standard nylon.
Q: What bearing type does the HL F116B-A use?
A: The HL F116B-A is fitted with two 6204-2RS sealed ball bearings. The RS designation indicates sealed bearings designed to keep contaminants out and retain lubrication, extending bearing life in material handling applications.
Q: Is the HL F116B-A marking-free and suitable for indoor use?
A: Yes. The HL F116B-A tread is non-marking, making it safe for clean indoor environments, warehouse floors, and light manufacturing areas where floor protection is required. Polyurethane does not leave streaks or residue on finished surfaces.
Q: Can the HL F116B-A be used outdoors?
A: The HL F116B-A is designed for indoor and outdoor use. High-grade polyurethane resists weathering, UV exposure, and temperature fluctuations better than nylon. For cold storage or wet floor applications, verify performance requirements; contact us for guidance on ultra-traction alternatives.
Q: What makes the HL F116B-A quieter than standard nylon rollers?
A: Polyurethane tread material naturally produces lower noise levels during operation compared to nylon. The beveled roller edges also reduce coning and uneven wear, resulting in smoother, quieter performance over extended service life.
Q: How does the HL F116B-A steel hub contribute to durability?
A: The robust steel hub resists deformation under load, maintains bearing alignment, and prevents wobbling or vibration during pallet jack operation. Steel hubs extend overall assembly lifespan and reduce maintenance intervals compared to plastic or aluminum alternatives.
